Closed-ended investment company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre and registered as an Exempt Fund under the laws of the Dubai Financial Services Authority.
The purpose of the Fund is to acquire and accumulate a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, predominantly in the UK with the aim of generating rental income and capital appreciation in the mid-to long-term. Assets will be actively managed by the Fund Manager in order to maximize return on the properties. The Fund also has the ability to invest in the wider real estate markets in countries in Europe and GCC should the opportunity arise
